South Australian Consolidated Acts53—Reservation of other areas for classes of bees by proclamation
(1) The Governor may,
by proclamation, declare that only bees of a specified class may be kept in or
brought into a specified area of the State.
(2) A proclamation
under this section may be varied or revoked by subsequent proclamation.
(3) A person who keeps
bees in or brings bees into, or causes bees to be kept in or brought into, an
area of the State in contravention of a proclamation under this section is
guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
