South Australian Consolidated Acts34—Investigation by inspector
An inspector may carry out an investigation as reasonably necessary for the
purposes of—
(a)
identifying the cause of death or of a condition affecting livestock;
(b)
determining whether or not livestock or other property is or remains
affected with a disease or contaminant;
(c)
identifying or tracing a source likely to cause or to have caused livestock or
other property to be affected with a disease or contaminant.
