(1) A person who,
without proper authority to do so, damages, removes or interferes with
property of the Board shall be guilty of an offence.
Penalty: Division 7 fine.
(2) A court by which a
person is convicted of an offence under subsection (1) may order the
convicted person to pay to the Board such compensation as the court thinks
fit.
