South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Board may, by
instrument in writing, delegate any of its powers or functions to a
sub-committee established by the Board or to a member of the Board or any
other person.
(2) A delegation under
this section is revocable at will, and does not prevent the Board from
exercising or discharging a power or function so delegated.
