South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Board may,
with the consent of the Minister, establish such sub-committees as it thinks
fit to assist it in carrying out its functions.
(2) Any such
sub-committee may consist of, or include, persons who are not members of the
Board.
(3) The terms and
conditions on which the members of any such sub-committee hold office, and the
manner in which the sub-committee conducts its business, shall be as
determined by the Board.
