South Australian Consolidated Acts12—Validity of acts of the Board and immunity of members from liability
(1) An act or
proceeding of the Board shall not be invalid by reason of a vacancy in its
membership or a defect in the appointment of a member.
(2) No liability shall
attach to a member of the Board for any act or omission by him, or the Board,
in good faith and in the exercise of his or its powers or functions or in the
discharge of his or its duties under this Act.
(3) A liability that
would, but for subsection (2) lie against a member of the Board, shall
lie against the Crown.
