Any land purchased or otherwise acquired under Part 10 of the Crown Lands
Act 1903 , or under the Closer Settlements Acts 1910 , or under Part
10 of the Crown Lands Act 1915 , or under Part 10 of the
Crown Lands Act 1929 , or under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act 1917 , which is included in any irrigation area, shall,
notwithstanding the provisions of such Acts, and whether wholly or partially
reclaimed or not, be leased under the provisions of this Act, and may be so
leased with other lands adjoining such irrigation area.
