South Australian Consolidated Acts36—Licences to occupy allotments
(1) The Minister or
any person authorised by him may grant a licence to any person to enter upon
and occupy any one or more town allotments, to be specified in the licence,
for any purpose approved by the Minister.
(2) Every licence
shall continue in force for a period not exceeding one year from the date of
the granting thereof, and shall be subject to the payment of such fee, and to
such restrictions and conditions, as are determined by the Minister.
(3) If any holder of a
licence uses any town allotment specified in the licence for any purpose not
authorised by the Minister, or fails to observe any restriction or condition
imposed by the Minister in respect of the licence, the Minister may forfeit
the licence.
