South Australian Consolidated Acts32—Allotments may be set apart for special purposes
The Minister may, by the statement mentioned in section 29 of this Act,
set apart any town allotments—
(a) for
residential, business, or manufacturing purposes, or for the purpose of any
business or manufacture of any particular class or kind, or for any other
purpose or purposes; or
(b) on
which any particular business or manufacture, or any business or manufacture
of any particular class or kind, shall not be carried on.
