IRRIGATION (LAND TENURE) ACT 1930 - SECT 128

128—Who may take proceedings and hearing of same

Proceedings may be taken for any offence against this Act by any person, and all such proceedings shall be heard and determined, and all moneys, costs, and expenses shall be recovered, in a summary way.
