The annual reports required by section 17 of the Discharged Soldiers
Settlement Act 1917 and by section 19 of the Discharged Soldiers
Settlement Act Amendment Act 1918 shall, so far as regards the
administration by the Minister of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act 1917 , be prepared and presented by the Minister and not by the
Minister of Repatriation.
