South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated ActsWithout in any way limiting the operation of the last preceding section, all
contracts, deeds, agreements, and other instruments entered into or made under
any of the repealed Acts and subsisting at the commencement of this Act with
regard to any such works, and to which the Commission is a party, may be
enforced by or against the Minister as fully and effectually as if the
Minister instead of the Commission had been a party thereto.
