South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Authority may,
by instrument in writing, delegate to a committee established by the
Authority, a member, deputy member or the Secretary of the Authority or the
Commissioner any of the powers or functions of the Authority under this Act or
a prescribed Act (other than the conduct of an inquiry or review or appeal).
(2) A delegation under
this section—
(a) may
be unconditional or subject to conditions specified by the delegator; and
(b) does
not derogate from the power of the delegator to act personally in any matter;
and
(c) is
revocable at will by the delegator.
