South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Authority may
establish such committees as the Authority thinks fit to assist it in the
performance of its functions.
(2) The membership of
a committee will be determined by the Authority and may, but need not, consist
of or include members of the Authority.
(3) The procedures to
be observed by a committee in relation to the conduct of its business will
be—
(a) as
determined by the Authority;
(b)
insofar as a procedure is not determined under paragraph (a)—as
determined by the committee.
