South Australian Consolidated Acts26—Certificate by Minister to be evidence
(1) In any proceedings
for an offence against this Act, a certificate by the Minister stating that a
place specified in the certificate is a place—
(a) in
territorial waters of the State; or
(b) in a
specified protected zone,
is proof, in the absence of proof to the contrary, of the matters stated in
the certificate.
(2) An apparently
genuine document purporting to be a certificate of the Minister under this
section will, in the absence of proof that it is not such a certificate, be
accepted as such in any proceedings for an offence against this Act.
