South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts21—Appointment of inspectors
(1) The Minister may
appoint a person to be an inspector for the purposes of this Act.
(2) The Minister must
cause to be issued to each inspector appointed under subsection (1) an
identity card containing a photograph of the inspector.
(3) A person who
ceases to be an inspector appointed under subsection (1) must immediately
return his or her identity card to the Minister.
Maximum penalty: $125.
