The liability of the Council to make a payment to the Minister under clause 9
of the Tripartite Deed is reduced to the extent that the Council makes a
payment to the Crown under this Part, and no further payments are required to
be made by the Council in respect of a particular allotment if the liability
to make payments under this Part in respect of that allotment ceases by virtue
of section 6 or concludes by virtue of section 7.
