South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If the owner of a
relevant allotment elects to pay a lump sum of $4,500 in respect of the
allotment, then the liability to make further payments under section 4 in
respect of that allotment ceases.
(2) An amount received
by the Council under subsection (1) must be paid by the Council to the
Crown within 30 days after its receipt by the Council.
