South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make regulations as necessary or expedient for the purposes of this Act.
(2) For the purposes
of Part 2, the regulations may provide that a specified provision of the
Tripartite Deed does not apply, or applies with prescribed variations.
(3) A regulation under
subsection (2) may, if the regulation so provides, have retrospective
effect from the day on which Part 2 came into operation (or from any
subsequent day occurring before the regulation was made).
(4) A regulation under
subsection (2) that would affect the Council cannot be made except at the
request, or with the agreement, of the Council.
