South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The CEO may, on
such conditions as the CEO thinks fit, exempt the owner or master of a vessel
from the obligation to comply with the requirements of the regulations with
regard to the minimum number and qualifications of the crew of the vessel or a
determination of the State Crewing Committee.
(2) The CEO may, by
notice in writing to the holder of an exemption, revoke the exemption or
impose further conditions if there are, in the CEO's opinion, proper reasons
for doing so.
