HARBORS AND NAVIGATION ACT 1993 - SECT 10

10—Annual report

        (1)         The CEO must, on or before 31 October in each year, report on the administration of this Act during the preceding financial year.

        (2)         The Minister must, within six sitting days after receiving the report, cause copies to be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
