South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A party to a
conciliation may be assisted by another person.
(2) However, a party
cannot be assisted by a particular person if the conciliator has directed that
that person not be allowed to act in the particular matter.
(3) A party in a
conciliation process may not be represented by another person except where the
Commissioner is satisfied that such representation is likely to assist
substantially in resolving the complaint.
