Note—
Section 19 of the Commonwealth Act provides that an application may be made to
the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of a reviewable State decision
within the meaning of that section. Part 12 of this Act provides that a person
may appeal against a reviewable decision under this Act to the District Court.
