GENE TECHNOLOGY ACT 2001 - SECT 184
184—Application for protection of confidential commercial information
(1) A person may apply
to the Regulator for a declaration that specified information to which this
Act relates is confidential commercial information for the purposes of this
Act.
(2) An application
under subsection (1) must be in writing in the form approved by the
Regulator.
