GENE TECHNOLOGY ACT 2001 - SECT 150
(1) The Regulator may,
by instrument in writing, appoint as an inspector any person or class of
persons as the Regulator thinks fit, including a person who is appointed or
employed by the Commonwealth.
(2) In exercising
powers or performing functions as an inspector, an inspector must comply with
any directions of the Regulator.
Note—
This section differs from section 150 of the Commonwealth Act.
