This Act does not apply to or in relation to the name of—
(a) a
municipality, district or ward constituted or established under the
Local Government Act 1934 ; or
(b) an
electoral district, division or subdivision established under the Constitution
Act 1934 or the Electoral Act 1985 ; or
(c) a
road or street; or
(d) a
place prescribed by regulation.
