(1) Proceedings for an
offence against this Act shall be disposed of summarily.
(2) Penalties incurred
under this Act may be recovered in a summary way before a court of summary
jurisdiction, or may be sued for by information in the Supreme Court in the
name of the Attorney-General for South Australia and may be recovered with
full costs of suit.
