South Australian Consolidated Acts9—Vacancies in office of President or Deputy President or on panels
(1) The Governor may
remove the President, a Deputy President or a member of a panel from office
for—
(a)
mental or physical incapacity to carry out official duties satisfactorily; or
(b)
neglect of duty; or
(c)
dishonourable conduct.
(2) A person ceases to
be the President, a Deputy President or a member of a panel if the
person—
(a)
dies; or
(b)
completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or
(c)
resigns by notice in writing addressed to the Minister; or
(d) is
removed from office under subsection (1).
