South Australian Consolidated Acts64—Decisions of the Registrar are subject to review
(1) Where the
Registrar makes a decision or order in exercising the jurisdiction of the
Board, a party to the proceedings may, within one month of the date of the
decision or order, apply to the Board for a review of the decision or order.
(2) Subject to
subsection (3), a decision or order of the Registrar continues to operate
notwithstanding the right to have it reviewed or the institution of a review.
(3) The operation of a
decision or order of the Registrar against which a review has been instituted
may, on application, be suspended by the Registrar or the Board, if either
thinks special reason exists for doing so.
(4) The Board, on
reviewing a decision or order under this section, may, by order, confirm, vary
or set aside the decision or order.
