South Australian Consolidated Acts63—Board's consent must be in writing
(1) Any consent given
by the Board under this Part must be in writing.
(2) In any legal
proceedings, a document purporting to be signed by a member of the Board on
behalf of the Board and to be the consent of the Board given under this Part
is, in the absence of proof to the contrary, proof of the consent of the Board
and of the validity of that consent.
