(1) An
administration order may be registered under the Registration of Deeds
Act 1935 as an instrument affecting the title to any land in which the
protected person has a legal or equitable estate or interest.
(2) A memorandum of an
administration order may, on application to the Registrar-General in a manner
and form determined by the Registrar-General, be entered in the register book
in relation to any land in which the protected person has an estate or
interest registered under the Real Property Act 1886 .
