South Australian Consolidated Acts37—Applications under this Division
(1) An application for
an order under this Division may be made by—
(a) the
person the subject of the application; or
(b)
the Public Advocate, on his or her own initiative, or at the request and on
behalf of the person the subject of the application; or
(c) a
relative, guardian appointed under this Act or medical agent of the person; or
(d) an
administrator of the person's estate; or
(e) any
other person who satisfies the Board that he or she has a proper interest in
the welfare of the person.
(2) Applications under
this Division must be made in the manner and form determined by the Board.
