South Australian Consolidated Acts28—Investigations by Public Advocate
(1)
The Public Advocate must, if the Board so directs after an application has
been lodged with the Board for an order under this Part, investigate the
affairs of the person the subject of the application.
(2) On completing an
investigation carried out at the direction of the Board, the Public Advocate
must furnish the Board with a copy of the report of the investigation.
(3) The Board may
receive the copy of the report in evidence and may have regard to the matters
contained in the report.
