The Public Advocate must, not later than 30 September in each year, furnish
the Minister with a report on the performance by the Public Advocate of his or
her functions during the year ending on the previous 30 June.
(2) A report furnished
under this section must include prescribed particulars of all applications
made by the Public Advocate for the issue of a warrant under this Act during
the year.
(3) The Minister must,
within 12 sitting days of receiving a report under subsection (1), cause
a copy of the report to be laid before each House of Parliament.
