South Australian Consolidated Acts23—Delegation by Public Advocate
(1)
The Public Advocate may delegate any of his or her powers or functions under
this or any other Act to any Public Service employee who has been assigned to
assist the Public Advocate in the performance of his or her functions or, with
the approval of the Minister, to any other person.
(2) A delegation under
this section—
(a) must
be by instrument in writing; and
(b) may
be conditional or unconditional; and
(c) is
revocable at will; and
(d) does
not derogate from the power of the Public Advocate to act in any matter.
