South Australian Consolidated Acts22—Public Advocate may raise matters with the Minister and the
Attorney-General
(1)
The Public Advocate may, at any time, raise with the Minister and the
Attorney-General any concerns he or she may have over any matter arising out
of or relating to the performance of his or her functions under this Act or
any other Act.
(2) If
the Public Advocate so requests, the Attorney-General must cause a report of
any matter raised by the Public Advocate under subsection (1) to be laid
as soon as practicable before both Houses of Parliament.
(3) The annual report
furnished by the Public Advocate under this Act must include a summary of any
matters raised by the Public Advocate under subsection (1).
