South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) There will be a
Registrar of the Board.
(2) The Registrar will
be a Public Service employee.
(3) The
Registrar—
(a) has
the powers and functions conferred or assigned by this Act or any other Act;
and
(b) may,
with the approval of the President of the Board, exercise the jurisdiction of
the Board in relation to matters of a prescribed class.
(4) Where the
Registrar exercises the jurisdiction of the Board in respect of a matter, the
Registrar may, and must if the President so directs, refer the matter to the
Board for determination by the Board.
