South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Board must,
not later than 30 September in each year, furnish the Minister with a report
on the performance by the Board of its functions during the year ending on the
previous 30 June.
(2) A report furnished
under this section must include prescribed particulars of all warrants issued
under this Act by the President or Deputy Presidents during the year.
(3) The Minister must,
within 12 sitting days of receiving a report under subsection (1), cause
a copy of the report to be laid before each House of Parliament.
