FAIR WORK ACT 1994 - SECT 32
(1) A monetary claim
may be made on behalf of the claimant by an association.
(2) A monetary claim
may be made by a minor as if the minor had attained the age of majority.
(3) A claim relating
to money that should have been paid to or for the benefit of a person who is
now dead may be made by the personal representative of the deceased person or
a beneficiary of the deceased person's estate.
