FAIR WORK ACT 1994 - SECT 136
(1) If a federation of
organisations is recognised under the Commonwealth (Registered Organisations)
Act, and one or more of its constituent members are registered under this
Part, the federation may, subject to the regulations, act under this Act as
the representative of the registered constituent members.
(2) However, this
section does not limit the right of a constituent member of a federation to
represent itself or its members.
