FAIR WORK ACT 1994 - SECT 114
114—Exemption for charitable organisations
(1) If the Minister is
satisfied that—
(a) the
objects of an organisation are charitable, religious or non-profit making; and
(b) it
is in the public interest to grant an exemption under this subsection,
the Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, exempt all activities of the
organisation, or specified activities of the organisation, from the operation
of awards.
(2) The Minister may,
by notice in the Gazette, vary or revoke an exemption under
subsection (1).
