South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated ActsIf the making of a contract after the commencement of this section contravenes
this Part by reason of the inclusion of a particular provision in the
contract, then, subject to any rights arising under Part 3 or any order made
under section 85 or 86, nothing in this Act affects the validity or
enforceability of the contract otherwise than in relation to that provision
insofar as that provision is severable.
