FAIR TRADING ACT 1987 - SECT 12

12—Annual report

        (1)         The Commissioner must, on or before 31 October in each year, submit to the Minister a report on the administration of this Act during the year ended on the preceding 30 June.

        (2)         The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of Parliament within 14 sitting days of that House after receiving the report.
