relevant date
(1) A forest property
agreement in force under this Act immediately before the relevant date
continues in force, subject to its terms and the provisions of this Act, as a
forest property (vegetation) agreement with a reservation of edible fruits to
the owner of the land.
(2) The "relevant
date" means the date on which Forest Property (Carbon Rights) Amendment
Act 2006 comes into operation.
