FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 1991 - SECT 54A

54A—Training to be provided to agencies

The Minister administering this Act must, in consultation with the Ombudsman and the Police Complaints Authority, develop and maintain appropriate training programs to assist agencies in complying with this Act.
