FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 2007 - SECT 42

42—Duty of Council to prepare management plans

The Council must, if required by the Minister, prepare management plans for the following:

            (a)         classes of commercial fishing activities;

            (b)         classes of recreational fishing activities;

            (c)         aquatic reserves.
