The Chief Executive Officer may grant to a foster parent or to any other
person in whose care a child has been placed pursuant to an order of a court,
an exercise of administrative powers under any Act or an agreement made by a
family care meeting, such financial or other assistance in relation to the
care and maintenance of the child as may be determined by the Chief Executive
Officer.
