South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts56—Duty of Chief Executive Officer to hear complaints of child in a
residential facility
(1) A child being
cared for in a licensed children's residential facility or a guardian of any
such child may request the Chief Executive Officer to investigate any
complaint the child or the guardian may have with respect to the care or
control the child is receiving in the residential facility.
(2) The
Chief Executive Officer must investigate any complaint made under this
section.
