Chief Executive Officer or an authorised officer may at any reasonable time
enter and inspect a children's residential facility.
(2) The licensee of a
children's residential facility must, if so required by the
Chief Executive Officer or an authorised officer, produce for inspection the
register that the licensee is required to keep under this Subdivision, and
must furnish the Chief Executive Officer or an authorised officer with such
information in relation to any child as may be required.
(3) A licensee must
not fail to comply with a requirement made of him or her under
subsection (2).
Penalty: Division 7 fine.
