South Australian Consolidated Acts11—Appointment of advisory committees
(1) The Minister may
appoint advisory committees to advise the Minister on matters pertaining to
the administration of this Act.
(2) A committee so
appointed will consist of a presiding member and such other members as the
Minister thinks fit.
(3) An advisory
committee must consist of persons with special knowledge of or experience in
the matters to be referred to the committee for advice.
(4) At least one of
the members of an advisory committee must be an employee of the Department.
(5) The
Chief Executive Officer will provide such secretarial and other services and
facilities as may be reasonably required for the purposes of the committee.
